A to Z Package
This is for the couple who is just starting planning and needs help with every aspect of their wedding. It includes all pre-wedding consultation and meetings with the couple, review of planning and wedding day details, creation of a shared spreadsheet for the couple and planner, sourcing of vendors, contract review and negotiations, pre-wedding vendor confirmations, 24 hour access via phone and email, supervision and coordination of the rehearsal, and wedding day coordination. This package starts at $7500 and will be completely customized for you.
Partial planning Package
This is for the couple who has started planning but needs a moderate amount of help and coordination. It includes up to four hours of meetings/consultations with the couple, review of planning and wedding day details, creation of detailed itineraries, timelines, and checklists, sourcing of one to three vendors, pre-wedding vendor confirmations, and phone and email access. This package starts at $3200 and is customizable based on already established plans and your needs.
Wedding Management
Wedding Management is also known as "Day of Coordination" - but that's a misnomer. We start working with you from the moment of booking!
This is for the couple who only needs minimal assistance before the wedding, but would like a coordinator to handle all on site details including coordination of vendors, transportation, itinerary management, instructions to wedding party, supervision of photography, supervision of reception set-up and inspection, set up of wedding items and/or favors, and payment reconciliations. This package starts at $1800 and includes a pre-meeting with the couple to customize needs, a walkthrough or vendor team meeting, rehearsal coordination, 10 hours of coordinating on the wedding day, as well as unlimited phone and email access in the months leading up to the wedding.
Wedding Consultation
This package is for the couple who only wants a few hours with a Wedding Planner to get suggestions and ideas. I will share some ideas for saving money, setting your agenda, and finalizing details. This package starts at $75/hour.
A La Carte Package
I will do as much or as little as you need to make your wedding day run smoothly. You can choose from different categories and I will customize a package to suit your needs and budget. Some examples are: vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelorette party planning, unlimited phone calls and emails, rehearsal coordination, wedding day set-up, and more. Prices are based on customization and your needs.
